This policy explains what information VAssist Solutions (“VAssist”, “we”) collects through vassistsolutions.com, how it is used and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• Contact details you enter in a form: name, company, work email, phone number, country and website.
• Information about your business needs: the service you are interested in, workflow, volume, tools and any message you write.
• Files you choose to attach to the contact form (for example a brief or process document).

Information collected automatically

• Campaign and referral information (UTM parameters, landing page, referring site) stored in your browser and attached to forms you submit, so we know how you found us.
• With your consent only: analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity that measure page views, events and on-page interaction.
• Security signals: a one-way hash of your IP address used for rate limiting, and a Cloudflare Turnstile check that helps block automated spam.

Strictly necessary storage (remembering your cookie choice, your language preference and campaign attribution) is always used. Analytics cookies are loaded only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.

Service providers

We use processors to operate the website and respond to enquiries, which may include: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and private file storage), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (bot protection), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics, with consent) and our CRM provider. They process data on our instructions.

Retention

Enquiries and attachments are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the business relationship, then deleted or anonymised. The final retention period is set in our internal data policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal information. Email info@vassistsolutions.com and we will respond within the period required by law.
